This entire house, with the exception of the kitchen and bath, has received a deluxe grade carpet.
This home has also been completely repainted (neutral color), and is ready for that new owner.

As you enter this unit, you step into the Living / Dining area. This is brand new carpet
that was installed within just the last few weeks. The kitchen is to the left of the dining
area, seen in the background. The enclosed sun room to the right has been carpeted
