This kitchen has been completely done over with all new counter tops and appliances,
along with a stainless steel sink. The floor has new ceramic tile.

The Refrigerator and Dish Washer
are both brand new stainless steel
appliances that have never been used.

The countertops are all new. The stainless steel Microwave is brand new, along
with the Black Glass Range. The range has been raised 3 inches from its original
height, to make it easier on the back to reach. The back splash has been finished
with custom ceramic tile workmanship.

The stainless steel Oven rounds out the
ensemble of stainless steel appliances,
and is also brand new out of the box.

The all season porch has nice open views and has a newly installed carpet, as does
the entire rest of the home.

The remaining rooms, not shown here, have all been carpeted and painted.
The bath rooms have been recently tiled. And every corner of this home has been
