The following will give information about specific Mutuals :

Only Mutuals 1, 2 & 3 consist of Co-ops, and there are no Condos in them.

Mutual # 4 consists of units that were used as models when originally selling
the Co-ops located in Mutuals 1, 2 & 3. Once all the Co-ops in 1, 2 & 3 were
sold, the models were no longer needed, and were then sold to Buyers as Condos.
They are the hybrids of the community.
While they have Co-op floor plans, they are Condos in all other regards.
