Rossmoor Sales is an independently owned and operated  full-service real estate office which has made the unique decision to exclusively list, market and sell only homes located in the active adult (minimum ages 55/ first person, 48/ everyone else) community of Rossmoor, in Monroe Township, NJ.  Although we have no business affiliation with the community of Rossmoor, both of us share the belief that Rossmoor was not only the first, but still remains one of the best, active adult communities in Monroe Township. It has an ambiance and a host of amenities, such as its championship 18 hole golf course, 30,000 square foot clubhouse, and a  75' x 42' Olympic sized swimming pool.

The purpose of our web site will not be to compete with, nor repeat, any of their historical or informational materials.   What we will be offering Rossmoor residents, and the buying public, is :     1)  Up to date information on our current homes for sale in Rossmoor,    2)  The geographic location of these homes in the community,    3)  Historical information on past home sales,   and    4)  Helpful Information regarding the Rossmoor community and our office
